Principal's Message

LET GOD LEAD
Think about the word ‘guidance’ and notice “dance” at the end of the word. Some say that doing God’s will is a lot like dancing. When two people try to lead, nothing feels right. The movement doesn’t flow with the music, and everything is uncomfortable and out of step. When one person realizes it and lets the other lead, both bodies begin to move with the flow of the music. One gives gentle cues, perhaps with a nudge to the back or by pressing lightly in one direction or another. It is as if two becomes one body, moving beautifully. The dance takes surrender, willingness, and attentiveness from one person and gentle guidance and skill from another.
Look at the word guidance again. The capital  ”G,” can remind you of God, followed by  ”u” and “ i.” (God, u and i dance.) God, you and I dance. It is a new way to look at what guidance means. Trust that you will get guidance from God about your life. Be willing to let God lead.
Dance together with God, trusting Him to lead and to guide you through each season of your life. Pray to the Holy Spirit for guidance.
