Whats Happening?

Grades PK-2 will have PE twice a week.  Grades 3-8 will have PE once a week.  Each grade will play different games and participate in different activities based on their skill and ability.  The younger grades will participate in activities that focus on improving basic motor/movement skills.  The older grades will participate in activities that promote teamwork and skills that are related to playing specific team sports.  All students must wear the Saint Ambrose PE uniform for each class.  Water bottles are not required and ample water breaks occur throughout each class.
